The last part of the triptych on my father, an entomologist. He continues, despite his age, to leave each year for expeditions in the mountains of the Caucasus, Altai, Himalayas, picking up beetles for his research. The first two parts of the triptych will be devoted to the departure for the trip and to the expedition itself. I remember very well my childhood, a strong feeling of expectation and the moment when we finally hear the doorbell. And when such a familiar face, which has become slightely thin appears in the opening of the door, one feels so keenly that the snowy peaks always shine in these blue eyes. As if my father was already with us with his body, but still far away with all his being and his heart. I wanted to find a way to transmit this state of transition on the border of two infinitely distant worlds, whose connection point was this subtle blue shadow in the eyes.
So I imagined a character going home with a huge backpack, taking with him a bit of landscape from which he had just returned.
