This lovely plein air painting was created using the finest tempera pigments on acid free paper.
It’s the end of winter, when the days are getting longer. The sun comes out of the clouds and its light promises renewal and gives hope. The snow shines in the sun and the trees cast shadows, like ultramarine blue lace!
