Yesterday was my first try at the Restos du Cœur.

Here is Joëlle, our site manager:

– They are still shy with you. They say: “I have to put my tie on”. You’ll see, you’ll get customers! They will very soon ask:  « Where is Olga? »

I meet a woman who always has her head down, and she tells me:

– You’ve had good teachers. You speak French well. Did you learn to draw in Russia? You had good teachers too.

My first model is named Rune. She wanted that name to be her pseudonym. She’s the star today. “You have beautiful eyes, Madame!” She is deeply touched. She is proud of herself. She is going to be part of an exhibition! It means a lot to her. She wants to be invited to the opening. She has already visited a museum, and it was Beaubourg in Paris.
